As San Diego wedding and engagement photographers, we are in the business of creative, fun and pretty engagement photos! The beach is notorious for being overused for portrait sessions. Someone mentions photos on the beach and a lot of San Diego photographers think, “BLEH!” It’s true, it makes me think of a family of 6 dressed identically in white t-shirts, circa 1993. BUT, shooting engagement photos at the beach has its perks! One of our favorite San Diego beaches is in La Jolla. We’ve shot Windansea Engagement photos there a couple of times, but we definitely don’t want to overuse it 🙂 There are so many pretty rock formations, different color greens of moss and vegetation and pretty golden light that reflects off the sand at the perfect time of day!
