Being a photographer has its perks. Like when the San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park has Butterfly Jungle going on, we’d almost be bad photographers if we didn’t get out there and take some pretty pictures! So, Jess and I took a field trip to the Safari Park yesterday. It’s free entry into the Butterfly Jungle, but you have to get a timed ticket because everyone wants to see the butterflies. We had a few minutes to spare, so we said hello to the colorful birds in Lorikeet Landing. Anyway, here’s what we saw! Which one’s your fave?!

I like the 4th butterfly picture, with the black striped butterfly flying around those pretty pink flowers. Butterflies make me smile!
